The luxury mobile home’s modern design, the immediate vicinity of the Kolpa River and its location in the embrace of unspoiled nature offer an ideal vacation.

• The mobile home measures 24m2 and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
• The home has a big covered comfortable porch, measuring 24 m2, a table and deckchairs.
• The house can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an extra bed can be made on the couch in the living room. Bedding is included.
• The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a fridge with a freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, pans, silverware, and last but not least, a stunning view of the Kolpa River. It is the perfect kitchen for preparing delicious meals.
• The bathroom has a shower, toilet, towels (1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small towel per person), and a hairdryer.
• The mobile home is equipped with air conditioning for both, cooling as well as heating.
• Free parking for 1 car in the marked parking lot.

• Cancellation free of charge is possible 10 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation 10-0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the charged reservation amount will be charged.No show fee: 100 % of the charged reservation amount.

The price includes cleaning, and the use of bedding and towels.
VAT is not included in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the VAT Act.

BOOKINGS:

• Step 1: Booking: There are several ways to make a reservation, either directly or through an intermediary (e-mail, website form, telephone conversation,…). If you want to choose Non-refundable rate, add this in e-mail message,
  We offer you two ways of booking our capacity through our website. The first is via e-mail, whereby you send us an inquiry, and we provide you with an offer. The inquiry or our offer on their own are not considered a confirmed reservation,
• Step 2: Booking in process: We provide you with an offer and all additional informations and sent it your e-mail. The inquiry or our offer on their own are not considered a confirmed reservation, as the essential condition for the validity of the application is your confirmation of the reservation with advance payment or payment of the guarantee for the confirmation of the offer. If we do not receive such confirmation, the reservation will be deemed to never have been made.
• Step 3: Reservation confirmed: Reservation is confirmed when we get pre-payment on our account. You will receive a pro forma invoice at the e-mail address once you have confirmed your order. The payment deadline and bank details are indicated in the confirmation letter.

PAYMENT:

Within 14 days the deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid, the balance is due at the latest 10 days before the start of the holiday. If we do not receive a deposit or final payment, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for a fee based on the cancellation conditions.

For short-term bookings the total amount is to be paid immediately after the rental sent.

Reservation is confirmed when we get pre-payment on our account.
